Donor Services Supervisor - Mobile Operations

Qualifications:   This is an exempt position which requires strong clinical skills within a blood bank setting or regulated medical industry in addition to excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.  A Supervisor with experience in the oversight of clinical operations and staff  as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule Inbank or Blood Drives in the field is required, RN a plus.

Job Summary:   Member of the Donor Services Leadership Team.  Serves as a liaison between Donor Services and Marketing/Community Relations.  Responsible for managing all aspects of mobile operations including staging, equipment, set-up, and overseeing and mentoring field staff.  Also responsible for reviewing QCs, responding to QI and QIR occurrences for mobiles.  Completes special projects as assigned by Director or Manager.
